Airline quality--especially on-time performance, involuntary denied boardings, mishandled baggage and customer complaint--during this year’s holiday travel season will be forecast. Dean Headley, Airline Quality Rating co-author and associate professor of marketing at Wichita State University will also offer tips to air travelers during the Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s holidays.
