Newswise — The Society for Nutrition Education and Behavior invites proposals for conference sessions and for pre- and post-meeting workshops and tours for the 2017 Annual Conference.

In 2017, SNEB celebrates our 50th Annual Meeting and conference programming will focus on three key themes:• Past - Remember our milestones in advancing the discipline of nutrition education;• Present - Enthusiasm for our current accomplishments in nutrition education and behavior changes; and• Future - how will SNEB be defined in 50 years? What are our visions, plans and ambitions as a Society and as researchers, educators and advocates?

Please note the conference schedule starts with pre-conference sessions on Thursday, July 20 and the opening keynote will be Friday, July 21. Post conference sessions will be scheduled on Monday, July 24.

This year program proposals will be accepted online at https://sneb.submittable.com/submit and are due by Friday, October 7, 2016. All program proposals must be submitted by an SNEB member. Incomplete proposals or those not submitted using the online system will not be considered. Depending on the number of proposals submitted, the strength of each proposal, and the overlap in themes identified across proposals, you may be asked to work collaboratively with other individuals that have submitted similarly themed proposals.
