TORONTO, September 24, 2018

Game on! On September 29th, hockey legends, media personalities and passionate players will unite at the 8th annual Scotiabank Road Hockey to Conquer Cancer to defeat their toughest opponent yet.

The fundraising event raises critical funds for cancer research at Princess Margaret Cancer Centre, one of the top 5 cancer research centres in the world.

Close to 2,000 participants and 150 teams will face-off alongside celebrity players including hockey greats Bryan Berard, Paul Coffey, Shayne Corson, Doug Gilmour, and Tomas Kaberle, along with media personalities such as Michelle Dube, Ken Reid, Tara Slone and many more.

The top 35 teams that raise over $15,000 will have an opportunity to draft a celebrity onto their Road Hockey team for a portion of the day as an honorary coach and an all-star player. The higher the fundraising goal reached, the higher the team’s draft position!

Please join us as we face-off to conquer cancer!
