Newswise — CHICAGO (December 28, 2018): Association of Rehabilitation Nurses (ARN) Past-President Karion Gray-Waites, awarded Stephanie Burnett, DNP MSN RN ACNS-BC CRRN, the 2018 President’s Award. The award was presented at REACH 2018, ARN’s annual educational conference, October 17 – 20, in West Palm Beach, FL.

On awarding Burnett, Gray-Waites said, “In her ‘spare time,’ Stephanie has given tirelessly to ARN. She has taken active leadership roles within her local chapter, with ARN nationally, and has held several positions on the ARN board, including President. Stephanie continues to help ARN ensure that rehabilitation nurses, in all settings, have the knowledge and expertise to make a positive difference in the lives of our patients and the rehabilitation nursing profession.”

Burnett is a Nurse Educator and Consultant in Hoover, AL.
