Graham Peaslee, is an expert in experimental nuclear physics and has studied the presence of Per- and Polyfluoroalkyl Substances (PFAS) in various items including dental floss and fast food wrappers, and is currently conducting a study of PFAS in firefighter turnout gear.

He is available to speak to the EPA's announcement to reduce exposure to PFAS.

PFASs have been linked to prostate, kidney and testicular cancers. A component of foam fire suppressants, PFASs have also been linked to incidents of contaminated drinking water.
