New Brunswick, N.J. (April 16, 2020) – In celebration of the 50th anniversary of Earth Day on April 22, Rutgers Cooperative Extension will offer an “Earth Day at Home” webinar series.
The webinars, on Mondays from April 20 to June 29, will focus on steps everyone can take to protect the environment. And we can all make our homes more sustainable, from environmentally friendly lawn care, to composting to reducing plastic waste. More than ever, these actions start at home.
The 11 live, one-hour interactive sessions will begin at 6:30 p.m. To join in, you will need a computer, tablet or smartphone with speakers. Every week, Rutgers Cooperative Extension experts will cover small actions that together reduce negative impacts on the environment.
Participants must register and all sessions are free and provided via Webex.
