With a new year comes the inevitable resolutions around personal health and fitness. The “quarantine 15” is a term that has been coined this past year, defining the weight gain that some have faced due to the stress of the pandemic, as well as being less active due to stay-at-home orders.

CIHR-funded researchers who study nutrition are available to discuss how those stuck at home can approach their health goals this year, as well as provide advice on maintaining health and fitness resolutions in lockdown.
