Maryland Carey Law constitutional law expert Professor Mark Graber, JD is prepared to discuss the 25th amendment to the constitution in light of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s statement during a Thursday news conference that she’ll be “talking about the 25th amendment” on Friday.

Graber can explain:
- Basic background on how the 25th amendment works.
- The 25th amendment in the context of the current presidential campaign.
- The politics of constitutional hardball. People taking constitutional positions that are consistent with the letter of the constitution, but inconsistent with conventional practice.
