2nd Annual Chronic Care Conference

Newswise — Behavioral health issues, depression and anxiety, and Alzheimer's disease are just some of the topics that will be addressed at Midwestern University's 2nd Annual Chronic Care Conference. The conference, sponsored by the Midwestern Geriatric Education Center (MidGEC), will be held Friday, October 24th, at the Downers Grove (Ill.)
