Press Room – Meeting Room 14A, Mezzanine Level, the San Diego Convention Center. Facilities will include wireless connections for your laptops and two high-speed printers. We will also have work space, telephones, fax machines, phone lines for data transmission and APA staff resources for you. This room may also be the site of news briefings held during the convention.

RegistrationRegister for hotels at http://www.apa.org/convention/register-housing/index.aspx Media can register for the convention on site. Registration is limited to credentialed journalists, others who have assignment letters on the letterhead of a media organization and public information officers from universities, non-profit organizations and government agencies.
Program and PapersThe program will be available online in early July. Printed programs will also be available on site. News releases and selected papers will be available electronically upon request. We will supply you with CDs or e-mail the papers to you as attachments.
News ReleasesReleases summarizing convention sessions, presentations and papers will be sent to all pre-registered media by e-mail in August (a week to 10 days before the convention starts) and will be available at www.apa.org/releases.
