Newswise — Dr. Dean Alexander, director of the Homeland Security Research Program and associate professor of homeland security at Western Illinois University, has extensively lectured and published on domestic jihads. He recently presented in Springfield, IL on Extremists/Terrorists in Our Midst and in Chicago on radicalization, recruitment on the Internet (and social networking sites) and is presenting "Radicalization and Recruitment of Extremists and Terrorists" at a conference later this month. In regard to the recent attack at Ft.
