Drexel and MCP Hahnemann Experts Available for Comment on World Trade Center Terrorist Attack

Philadelphia (September 12, 2001) -- As a service to the news media, faculty from Drexel University and MCP Hahnemann University (MCPHU) will be available for comment on their area of expertise.

* Dr. Aktan Amin, Drexel professor of infrastructure studies, can discuss the Twin Towers' building systems, the failure of which, he says, were responsible for the structures "opening like zippers" as they collapsed.

* Dr. Mun Young Choi, Drexel professor of mechanical engineering, is an expert on combustion.

* Dr. Myrna Shure, MCPHU professor of clinical and health psychology, can address how families can help their children.

* Dr. George Tseteskos, Dean of Drexel's Bennett S. LeBow College of Business, can discuss global economic impact.

* Dr. Robert Valdez, Dean of MCPHU's School of Public Health, can discuss the public health repercussions.

* Dr. Eric Zillmer, Drexel professor of psychology, can address the effects of post-traumatic stress syndrome and what he calls the "elusive, mastermind"evil personality.
