Pregnancy Rates on the Rise Among Women with Chronic Liver Disease
American Association for the Study of Liver Diseases (AASLD)A new study presented this week at The Liver Meeting® – held by the American Association for the Study of Liver Diseases – found that the overall number of pregnancies in women with chronic liver disease or following liver transplantation has risen over the past 30 years. In addition, the proportion of full‐term pregnancies has increased significantly over that time period, and most women had favorable pregnancy outcomes.
