**1. ENTERTAINMENT: CAMPUS LEGENDS AND FOLKLORE. ELIZABETH TUCKER is an associate professor of English at BINGHAMTON UNIVERSITY and author of "Campus Legends: A Handbook," which addresses the classic ingredients of a legend, as well as the history of campus folklore. From there, it plunges into a wealth of stories focused on characters ranging from ghosts and witches to professors and exams: "Campus legends are an important part of popular culture. I think the stories are very important as a sort of initiation for new students. They’re good stories. They're interesting, dramatic and strange."

**2. LIVING: NEW DESIGN TRENDS IN HOLIDAY STATIONARY. CYBIL L. WEIGEL, graphic designer and instructor at THE ART INSTITUTE OF CALIFORNIA-LOS ANGELES, can discuss design trends for the holiday season: "Greeting cards have come a long way from the simple one-fold card; they now form into special shapes, have hidden surprises inside, such as confetti or even a flattened ornament, and often come with elaborate ribbons or textured paper." Weigel can also discuss hot trends for party invitations, thank-you notes and holiday cards, including the best colors, paper and designs.

**3. PETS: DOES FIDO BELONG UNDER THE CHRISTMAS TREE? TAMAR GELLER, dog trainer to the stars, can discuss why buying a dog for a Christmas gift is a bad idea: "I think it is a terrible idea -- would you give a child as a gift? Despite popular images of puppies with red bows, dogs can't be returned. Pounds overflow with pet-as-gifts gone wrong after the holiday season each year." Geller can also discuss the best gifts for your dog and how to prepare your pooch for the holiday chaos. Geller appears frequently on the "Today" show and works with the pups of Oprah, Ben Affleck, Courtney Cox, the Osbournes and others.
