Who: The Society of Gynecologic Oncologists (SGO) is a non-profit, international organization of obstetricians-gynecologists who diagnose and treat cancers of the ovary, uterus, cervix vagina, vulva, and fallopian tubes. These specialists in women's health care have had extensive training in providing gynecologic cancer care including surgery, chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and other innovative approaches that enhance patient care.

What: More than 900 gynecologic oncologists and related specialists will attend SGO's 30th Annual Meeting at the Hyatt Regency at Embarcadero Center, San Francisco, CA, March 20-24, 1999. SGO is celebrating 30 years of women's health and wellness.

Why: The SGO Annual Meeting provides a forum for the nation's top gynecologic oncologists to present the latest advances in the diagnosis and treatment of cancers in women's reproductive system.
