Newswise — MADISON, Wisconsin, Sept. 25, 2015 – The Americas Committee for Treatment and Research in Multiple Sclerosis (ACTRIMS) will host its first, standalone forum, Progressive MS: From Bench to Bedside and Back, Feb. 18 – 20, 2016, in New Orleans, U.S.

ACTRIMS Forum 2016 is an opportunity for researchers and clinicians to hear about cutting edge discoveries in the pathogenesis and management of progressive MS, discuss advances in the development of serological and imaging markers of MS disease progression, and learn about ongoing clinical trials of neuroprotective, neuroregenerative and immunomodulatory agents in progressive MS.

In addition to learning about the latest research developments, the forum offers multiple ways for junior and senior faculty to meet and explore opportunities for mentorship and collaboration. Those new to the field will have a unique chance to get career advice from established investigators.
