How women can make their mark professionally and personally is the theme of the 12th annual Women in Leadership Conference at the University of California, Berkeley's Haas School of Business.

The full-day event will also feature interactive workshops on such topics as salary negotiation and leadership presence, along with industry-specific panels on fields including consulting, finance, and entrepreneurship. A cocktail reception will follow the conference, providing participants with the opportunity to meet panelists, fellow attendees, and recruiters from organizations committed to women and diversity.

The conference is the longest running student-organized conference at Haas and is organized by Berkeley MBA students of the Women in Leadership Club.
