New Research Findings in Diagnosis and Treatment of Sleep Apnea, Sinusitis, and Head And Neck Cancers Highlight Annual Meeting of Ear, Nose, and Throat Specialists

The American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery will meet in New Orleans September 26-29. New science, technology, and procedures will dominate the gathering

Alexandria, VA--The 8,000 expected attendees of the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at its Foundation meeting in New Orleans, September 26-29, 1999 can expect the following:

* More than 400 scientific and poster presentations offering the latest research conducted by the nation's leading ear, nose, and throat specialists. The research addresses the diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of medical disorders of the ear, nose, throat, and related structures of the head and neck;

* Renowned experts in the field of otolaryngology--head and neck surgery will be offer members their expertise and knowledge regarding patient care. On hand will be medical specialists, who, through training and experience, provide course instruction to their colleagues on the latest techniques used in the nation's leading medical facilities;

The meeting will be held at the city's Ernest Morial Convention Center.
