Newswise — Health care journalists are cordially invited to cover proceedings of the 27th Annual Scientific Meeting of the American Pain Society, the leading multidisciplinary professional organization in the United States dedicated to advancing pain-related research, education, treatment and team-oriented professional practice. The meeting will be held in the Tampa Convention Center beginning Thursday, May 8, and concluding Saturday, May 10. Some 2,000 researchers and clinicians specializing in pain and pain management are expected to attend.
