Newswise — David Bainbridge, MS, is an Associate Professor in the Marshall Goldsmith School of Management and Coordinator for its new Sustainable Management concentration. He brings more than 30 years of experience in sustainable management into the classroom, with experience working for a wide range of clients, agencies and organizations. His books and more than 300 papers highlight his hands-on approach to problem solving. He has received awards for his work in planning, energy conservation, and solar energy research. His research interests include environmental accounting, sustainable resource management and the use of sustainability indicators.

He has advised the California Energy Commission, California Department of Transportation, and National Affordable Housing Coalition and reviews a number of journals including Ecological Restoration and and Environmental Management.
