Additionally, Dr. Kaufman lectured on Friday, April 15 about Diaphragm Muscle Replacement with Implanted Pacemaker to Reverse Ventilator Dependency in Cervical Tetraplegia. Dr. Kaufman’s presentation and paper received a second place award for insights on this topic.
