Lance Armstrong to Speak at
The Congress of Neurological Surgeons 49th Annual Meeting
WHO: Lance Armstrong, winner of the1999 Tour de France bicycle race.
WHAT: Lance Armstrong will deliver a special presentation titled, "An Inspiration of Courage and Triumph." In his talk, Mr. Armstrong will describe how he battled back from testicular cancer that had spread to his abdomen, lungs and brain, to win the world's most prestigious bicycling competition - the 1999 Tour de France.
