Note:Media are invited to cover this event with a photographer, camera crew, and/or a reporter. All necessary electronic resources will be available, including camera hook-ups, b-roll, etc. There will be a formal photo opportunity with all of the morning's speakers, immediately following the announcement. Photographers should plan to gather in front of the stage at that time.
There will be a media sign-in desk in the Broad Institute Lobby for all media representatives. If you plan to attend the event and the media conference, please arrive by 9:15am at the latest. For security reasons, no guests will be admitted after 9:25a.m. RSVPs ([email protected]) are appreciated but not required.
