Javad Parvizi, MD, Director of Clinical Research at the Rothman Institute and professor of Orthopedic Surgery at Jefferson Medical College of Thomas Jefferson University and colleagues in sports medicine, hip, knee, spine, shoulder and elbow surgery as well as physical medicine and rehabilitation, are available to speak on the latest in research and practice in each of respective area.
Rothman surgeons in each of these areas will be available before, during and after the upcoming American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons (AAOS) meeting, March 19-22, 2013, in Chicago.
Dr. Parvizi is considered one the leading experts in orthopaedic research internationally. He has coauthored over a hundred articles and contributed to several books on orthopaedic surgery. He lectures internationally on orthopaedic surgery and infection. He has received multiple grants for research in orthopaedic surgery.
