SCIENCEWISE.COM ADDS SERVICES TO ASSIST SCIENTISTS AND ENGINEERS

Additional funding opportunities and science policy reports now available

September 20, 2000--Gaithersburg, Maryland--ScienceWise.com, the Workplace on the Web for science and engineering, has launched two new services bringing an array of valuable resources to scientists and engineers. ScienceWise.com has introduced its new and improved ScienceWise Alert research funding opportunity services and Congressional Quarterly's CQ Researcher.

The new alert services mark a major advance in giving scientists and engineers a comprehensive listing of research funding and education opportunities from a wide range of sources. In addition, CQ Researcher allows members to keep up-to-date with the latest science policy issues being discussed on Capitol Hill.

"Our mission is to increase the productivity of one of our nation's greatest resources, scientists and engineers," said John Rodman, president and CEO of ScienceWise.com. "These new services will allow researchers to focus on their work instead of the search for published research, funding, and other career-related information. "
