Dr. Michael Hayes is a Professor in the School of Natural Resources and a climate expert. His research and outreach efforts concentrate on drought risk management strategies, as well as assisting society to understand and prepare for climate variability and extremes. He is available to speak about the COP28 conference and climate issues discussed.
