Newswise — Journalists are invited to report on the latest developments in the treatment of allergic diseases including asthma and immunologic disorders presented at the American College of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology (ACAAI) Annual Meeting in Philadelphia, Nov. 9-15, 2006.

Physicians, researchers and international experts will present and discuss scientific data on conditions that afflict more than 50 million Americans.

Annual Meeting components include more than 125 scientific sessions, 40 workshops, 350 technical exhibits and 250 abstract presentations. The expected 4,000 meeting participants includes more than 1,700 physicians, 200 allied health professionals and 100 office managers.
