Richard Bradley, M.D., is a professor of emergency medicine with McGovern Medical School at UTHealth in Houston. He’s also the chief of the Division of Emergency Medical Services and Disaster Medicine. Having lived and worked through Hurricane Harvey in Houston last year, Dr. Bradley has great insight on how to be ready for disaster to strike.
