Nationally recognized political science expert and University of Louisville professor Dewey Clayton Ph.D., is available to national media to offer comment and political analysis following the conclusion of both Republican and Democratic national conventions.
“Both candidates leave the convention knowing they’ve got their work cut out for them,” Clayton said. “They both know that they cannot take any states for granted and you’ll find that they will be crisscrossing each other because they know it’s that important. This is going to be a very close election and anyone who thinks otherwise will be severely misinformed.”
Clayton is a renowned educator and author of two books, including The Presidential Campaign of Barack Obama and has been featured in Politico.com and the Christian Science Monitor for his expert analysis of presidential and congressional contests. He recently was honored with the Distinguished Teacher Award from the American Political Science Association.
Clayton can be contacted by email or by phone at either 812-391-4594 or 502-852-8969. If unavailable, contact Matt Lambert at 504-250-6794 or [email protected]
