Global veterinarian, Dr. Christian Walzer, based in New York at the Wildlife Conservation Society Center for Global Conservation, is available to do interviews.

He has been calling for the closure of markets that sell wild animals for food in China and across the globe.

Dr. Walzer has an op-ed in today’s Wall Street Journal on the link between wildlife markets and coronavirus:

He has also been in this news cycle with his position in the NY TimesWashington PostAPReutersAFP, among others.
