Newswise — Join us for a conversation with author Jonah Paquette, Psy.D. about his new book, "Awestruck: How the New Science of Awe Can Make Us Happier, Healthier, and More Connected." In this webinar, Dr. Paquette, a graduate of Palo Alto University's Clinical Psychology Psy.D. program, explains what inspired him to write "Awestruck." Plus you will learn about "awe" research, psychological and physical well-being benefits, and some tips on increasing awe in your daily life.

Recent research has shown that "awe" can improve our physical health, strengthen our social bonds, and become lastingly happier. Experiences of awe strengthen our immune system, improve our psychological well-being, and even change our brain in unique ways.
