Newswise — This Saturday, September 6, the University of Michigan College of Engineering kicks off its 150th Anniversary with a halftime extravaganza at the Houston-Michigan football game.

Approximately 150 engineering students in formation will join a Michigan Marching Band tribute to the College.

Supplementing the four engineers on the football team—kickers Philip Brabbs and Adam Finley, LB Paul Sarantos and TE Matt Studenski—and the estimated 1/3 of the band who are engineers, the anniversary contingent will round out one of the largest on-the-field, engineering-student gatherings in recent Michigan Stadium history.
