The Cancer Research Institute announces the 28th Annual "Through the Kitchen" Party at The Four Seasons to benefit the Irvington Fellowship Program of the Cancer Research Institute.

WHERE:The Four Seasons Restaurant, 99 East 52nd Street, New York City

WHEN:Sunday, April 25, 2010, 7:00pm cocktails, 8:00pm dinner

WHAT:“Through the Kitchen” – which the New York Times called one of 2009’s ‘most memorable parties’ – is the only charity event that invites guests to walk through the legendary kitchen of The Four Seasons restaurant. From cocktails in the Grill Room to a spectacularly decorated dinner in the Pool Room, “Through the Kitchen” surprises, entertains, and delights guests. A live auction and dessert buffet cap the festive evening before the night's conclusion. Now in its 28th year as celebrated New York City event, “Through the Kitchen” raises funds to support the Irvington Fellowship Program of the Cancer Research Institute. WHY:To benefit the Irvington Fellowship Program of the Cancer Research Institute. The Cancer Research Institute is a nonprofit organization that is advancing the next wave in cancer treatment—a new class of therapies, such as cancer vaccines, that harnesses the immune system’s natural ability to target and eliminate cancer and prevent its recurrence. The Irvington Fellowship Program of the Cancer Research Institute provides vital funding support to young postdoctoral researchers at leading immunology and tumor immunology laboratories around the world.
