Newswise — Taylor University will award two honorary doctorates and three posthumous degrees during commencement exercises on its Upland campus Saturday, May 20th, at 10:00 AM at the Wheeler Memorial Football Stadium.

University officials say a projected total of 420 graduates will receive diplomas. In addition, three posthumous degrees will be awarded to seniors Bradley Larson and Elizabeth Smith, as well as junior Laurel Erb, all of whom died in a traffic accident on April 26th.

Honorary doctorates will be awarded to Stephen L. Johnson and A. Miller Milloy. In case of rain or other inclement conditions, the commencement ceremony will be held in the Odle Arena. A comprehensive breakdown of the graduating class will be posted at www.taylor.edu on Monday. Taylor's website will also be host to a live simulcast of commencement exercises.
