Newswise — More than 85 new venture ideas were each pitched in three minutes or less by Babson alumni and students at Babson's 9th Annual Rocket Pitch Event on the Babson College campus.
Babson invited its alumni and student entrepreneurs to pitch their business ideas to a large audience of students, faculty, entrepreneurs, investors, and service providers.
Each entrepreneur was allowed three minutes and three PowerPoint slides to quickly and succinctly deliver the critical differentiating elements of their business ideas. Pitches took place in rapid succession in multiple rooms with no time for questions allotted.
Ventures were segmented into the following categories: High Tech, Services, Services & Products, and Social/Sustainable/Health.
