Newswise — Nova Southeastern University (NSU) will host The Qualitative Report’s 2nd Annual Conference, on Jan. 7 and 8, 2011 on the university’s main campus in Davie, FL.
Hosted by NSU’s Graduate School of Humanities and Social Sciences, this year’s conference entitled "Researching Identity and Identifying Researchers," will feature several sessions and interactive workshops presented by NSU faculty members, and national and international scholars and researchers.
Organized by Ron Chenail, Ph.D., editor-in-chief of The Qualitative Report - an online journal, the conference is designed for individuals with an interest in qualitative research and those desiring to build their skill set in research writing. Interactive sessions and workshops include:

About Ron Chenail: Chenail is the program director of the Graduate Certificate in Qualitative Research in the Department of Multidisciplinary Studies at NSU which consists of six three-credit hour online courses (18 credit hours) designed to prepare academics, professional research consultants, and graduate students to understand a variety of qualitative research approaches and to conduct qualitative research studies.
