Newswise — (TORONTO - Nov.7, 2012) - The Canadian Sports Concussion Project will be hosting a conference, which is focused on highlighting the latest research in concussion and CTE (Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy).

Researchers from across Canada will join members of the Canadian Sports Concussion Project to discuss the clinical, neuropsychological, neuroimaging and neuropathological manifestations of the concussion spectrum of disorders including acute concussion, post‐concussion syndrome, second impact syndrome, emotional consequences of concussion, and the occurrence of major brain degeneration including chronic traumatic encephalopathy (CTE).
