Newswise — NEW BRUNSWICK, N.J. - Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital (RWJ) has been named one of the Best Places to Work in New Jersey by NJBIZ, the state’s leading business journal. The program recognizes and honors the top places of employment in New Jersey that strengthen the state’s economy and support their workforce members.

By earning a place on this prestigious list, RWJ joins an exceptional group of companies from across the state that entered a thorough, two-part review process to determine the 100 Best Places to Work in New Jersey. The first part consisted of evaluating each nominated company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics. The second part measured the employee experience at each company through an employee survey. Combined scores from both parts determined the top companies and the final ranking, which will be released in April.

“On behalf of the Board of Directors and our entire leadership team, I congratulate all of our employees for the key role that they’ve played in earning this achievement and in our success every day,” said Stephen K. Jones, FACHE, President and Chief Executive Officer of Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital. “It is privilege and an honor to lead such an exceptional team of professionals. RWJ is a workplace leader because of their talent, dedication and teamwork.”
