Newswise — Reston, VAExhibitor booth sales are underway for ACR 2016 — The Crossroads of Radiology® — a one-of-a-kind opportunity to showcase the best of the radiology industry. The American College of Radiology annual meeting, May 15–19, 2016, in Washington, DC, will bring together radiology professionals from around the world for a dynamic program of ideas exchange, education and networking.

“ACR 2016 is a unique opportunity for exhibitors to meet face-to-face with prominent radiology decision makers and future leaders from across the globe, grow brand recognition and expand their customer base,” said Cheri L. Canon, MD, FACR, chair of the ACR 2016 Program Committee. “Attendees anticipate seeing what industry has to offer. Opportunities are available to industry partners to showcase products and highlight efforts on behalf of radiology, but we urge vendors to reserve exhibit space early,” she added.

Exhibitors will have direct access to thousands of radiology decision makers from private practice and academic institutions. ACR members — the core of meeting attendees — represent about 74 percent of U.S. radiology physicians, including diagnostic radiologists, interventional radiologists, radiation oncologists and medical physicists. Also included are residents and fellows, nuclear medicine physicians, business managers, hospital administrators, technologists, and members of related radiology organizations and subspecialty associations. Exhibitors will be able to generate leads that will help build long-term partnerships, enhance relationships with existing customers, and build brand recognition for products and services.
