In light of the recent ricin scare at White House and Senate mailrooms, Cornell University has two experts available to talk about the poisonous substance.

Kathleen Vogel, professor of science and technology studies, is a bioterrorism expert with a background in chemistry. She is author of “Phantom Menace or Looming Danger? A New Framework for Assessing Bioweapons Threats.”
