Temple University Psychologist Frank Farley can explain the recent behavior and DUI arrest of popstar Justin Bieber, as well as other child stars who have run afoul of the law. A former president of the American Psychological Association, Farley is an expert on thrill-seeking, or "Type-T" personalities.
