Presentation: Train Any Client, Anywhere: Rubber Resistance for Sports and Fitness
Do your clients tell you they don’t have time to be in the gym? Meet them where they can meet you! Maximize your personal and small group training by taking rubber resistance training anywhere and provide your clients with intense work-outs in non-conventional locations. Work-out with Dr. Mike and take away the top 30 rubber resistance exercises and progressions for closed kinetic chain movements, single-double arm-leg pushpull
exercises, vertical core, and how to train for strength, power, and endurance. Show your clients that just because you can’t be in the gym it doesn’t mean you can’t get the work-out in!
