Capybara: A computational tool to measure cell identity and fate transitions

Kong et al. present Capybara, a computational pipeline to classify discrete cell identity and intermediate “hybrid” cell states. They apply Capybara to identify hybrid states in cardiac reprogramming, off-target neural identities in motor neuron programming, and in vivo correlates for induced endoderm progenitors during direct lineage reprogramming.
