Newswise — July 25, 2019 – Wolters Kluwer, Health announced today it has partnered with the Chinese Medical Association (CMA) to launch Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM), an open access journal focused on the field of obstetrics and maternal-fetal medicine. The new journal will publish high-quality scientific articles related to such topics as medical complications and adverse effects of pregnancy, fetal development, prenatal screening and diagnosis, fetal treatment and therapy, and technology and developments in obstetrics and maternal-fetal medicine

MFM articles will include original clinical and translational research, state-of-the-art reviews, commentaries, case studies and reports, and letters to the editor. The journal will be available in print and online and will reach into a growing market in China, where the CMA has 88 specialty societies and 677,000 members.
