Newswise — Bob Delmore is a professor in the Department of Animal Sciences at Colorado State University. In this role he teaches courses in Meat Science, Meat Processing and Food Safety. He also serves as one of the faculty members of CSU’s Center for Meat Safety and Quality to address national and global issues. Delmore works closely with the meat industry serving as Chairman of the North American Meat Association’s Education Committee and member of the Strategic Planning Committee. He is currently serving as the President of the American Meat Science Association.
