Kansas State University Lab Reports Increase in Rabies Cases, Urges Awareness
Kansas State UniversityThe Kansas State Veterinary Diagnostic Lab, which conducts tests on suspected cases of rabies in the state, is reporting a spike in the number of positive results compared to the same period a year ago. The lab has found 28 positive rabies cases from January through March of this year, up from 10 positives for the same three months in 2014.
