At 11 a.m. EDT Thursday, September 10 the Airline Quality Report will be presented live and reporters will be able to engage with one of the study's co-authors. Airline quality--especially on-time performance, involuntary denied boardings, mishandled baggage and customer complaint--during this year’s holiday travel season will be forecast. Dean Headley, Airline Quality Rating co-author and associate professor of marketing at Wichita State University will also offer tips to air travelers during the Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s holidays.

You can attend the meeting live from anywhere in the world from any computer, smart phone, or tablet. Reporters will have the opportunity to ask their questions face to face with Headley.

Headley says that given the stress of travel and the airlines’ efforts to fill seats, manners and consideration for others’ shared space needs to be part of every traveler’s holiday spirit. Being self-reliant, informed and prepared is the best protection against the hassles of air travel, Headley says.
