Where does your puppy come from?

A study published in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences suggest that the origins of the modern dog sprang out of modern-day Nepal and Mongolia around 15000 years ago. The international team of scientists studied the DNA of over 4500 dogs of 161 breeds and 549 village dogs from 38 countries.
